Principles

The Inline Kempink Tester is a fully automated system that begins with pre-sieving the sample. The control unit includes a weighing module, and the system is connected to a factory automation system for an accurate and consistent test cycle. The scale separately records the fractions of fines and pellets, after which the PLC calculates the fines percentage and communicates it with the MES system. After testing, the remaining pellets are discharged.
