Not a machine. A subscription to quality
The Ctrl+ is not sold as a capital asset. WEMO-techniek retains ownership of the hardware and carries full responsibility for performance, calibration, and uptime. You pay a fixed monthly service fee and a one-time implementation cost. Nothing more. All maintenance, repairs, and parts are included, together with periodic calibration, remote VPN support via eWon router, software updates and WEMO platform access, and an SLA with agreed response times.
