From sample to result, fully automated.
The Ctrl integrates directly into your production line. As soon as your factory automation delivers a sample, the process begins without operator involvement. The sample is pre-sieved to remove production fines. An optimized test volume of approximately 168 cc is measured and isolated automatically. Inside the test cylinder, the rotor creates an upward airflow that replicates the mechanical stress pellets experience during transport and handling. An integrated sieve continuously separates fines from intact pellets throughout the test cycle.
After the test, the scale records the weight of fines and intact pellets independently. The PLC calculates the PDI value and communicates it, with batch references, directly to your MES. The remaining pellets are discharged automatically. Transparent side panels allow visual inspection at any time. Remote support is available via a secure VPN through an eWon router.

The Ctrl is built on exactly the same Kempink test methodology as the Laboratory Kempink Tester. The measurement principle, the standards correlation, and the quality of the PDI result are identical. What changes is where the measurement happens, when it happens, and what happens to the data.

Unlike the Laboratory Kempink Tester, the Ctrl is not sold as a capital asset. It is delivered as Quality-as-a-Service. WEMO-techniek retains ownership of the hardware and carries full responsibility for performance. You pay a fixed monthly service fee and a one-time implementation cost. No capital expenditure. No unexpected maintenance costs. No performance risk.
The quality data belongs to your operation. The technology, the uptime, and the performance are WEMO’s responsibility.
When WEMO retains ownership of the hardware, WEMO has a direct operational interest in the system performing to specification. You are not buying a machine and inheriting its maintenance risk. You are subscribing to a performance outcome.
